Mr. Bush . . . And You're Going To Do What To Solve The Budget Crisis? There is a looming budget cris, and John Ellis was not pressed during the campaign as to what he was going to do to address it. Now we hear about gambling, imagine that. THe Jax Business Journal writes that Bush "got a lot of pre-election mileage and election-day votes out of attacking Bill McBride's lack of details with regard to the state's looming budget crisis", and, with " Florida's financial picture looks even darker", it is time for him to explain precisely what it is he would do to stave of financial crisis.
"Bush has said he would consider raising money by permitting more gambling before he would consider a tax increase. He might have wanted to mention that before the election."
